You can also post on the spam/announcement forums of many boards, or the products/services forum. I found out about the one I bought via ICQ from the owner, so make sure you tell peeps you chat with about it.

I sold many turnkey non-adult sites on ebay, so I know that works. Just be prepared, your buyer may be a total noob that you have to walk though EVERYTHING with them if you go that route.
