Something mentioned on GG&J a few times that I've recently started to include is text telling Mr Surfer he can do something good at the paysite.....like:
"Jerk off night after night at paysitename"
"Get yourself hard & horny every single night when you join paysitename"
"Click here if you wanna cum with the dirtiest teens at paysitename"

Telling the horny surfer he'll be satisfied if he clicks & joins.
