You state above that you have 15mb/sec and that your gallery used half of that. 7mb/sec would be 7000kb/sec. Your weekly graph shows a peak at 800kb/sec -- which is about 5% of what your stated package is.
if your machine crumbled under that load, there is something seriously wrong with the configuration.
