Man initially I thought for sure it was planned, Im not soooooo sure anymore.
Im thinking he was suppose to rip a small piece of the black off but fucked up and ripped the entire peice off. We need a graphics guy in here to blow up that boob shot and see if thats a pasty or a star or some shit around the nip.
