To make it sort of simple,
TGPs= submit a gallery, it's up for a day or two, then into the archive if there is one. Free Sites= submit a free site, more work than a gallery, but it stays up longer, with a good link list, forever. I do both, but I also add AVS sites to the mix, and run a link list and a fake TGP. Gotta diversify, can't rely on just one way of doing business.
