Good advice above. Just to add -
Warning page - your bottom banner doesn't appear to be linked to anything. The "Back" button on your galleries, IMO should go back to the main page, not to the warning page, and as been said above, put more heart into trying to sell the paysite on the main page - more clickable text and not repeating banners. I would also suggest a graphic header, not just text - makes the site look a bit more professional and I think reviewers like that.
