What does that even mean?

Does this person believe they have the power to cycle your ID number over to a more worthy, perhaps better endowed, affiliate?

Is CCBill's number generator so close to reaching infinity that this sponsor now fears a shortage of good affiliate IDs in the near future?

Would he/she retire your ID number so that no other affiliate could be cursed with it in the future, since it's obvious that that particular number is the cause of you not sending sufficient traffic?

Have they ever seen a grown man naked?

Other than the response I PM'd you previous to this thread's birth (about getting blown by a retard) I would have replied, "If I let you have this ID number, will you give me one that will make your program convert better?" (And then I'd add the line about oral sex/mental handicap.)
