New to the board! And a question regarding ARS :)

Scenario 1:
You use their content to build the site, they host the site.

Scenario 2:
You use your own exclusive content to build the site, they host the site after you license the content to them.

Either way, other webmasters can promote your site just like the old BYOTs.

The question I have is what the license will say - and if they'll sign one that says if I decide to pull my site from the CHAMPS system, they'll no longer have rights to show my exclusive content.
