I had a flight reserved through Travelocity at a great rate. They never sent my e-tickets. After discovering this I was denied the original rate, and I was given the run around to the point that I will never deal with them again. After making rental car and hotel reservations and commitments to the dates I reserved. Now, I've found out that this same flight would be outrageous to book today.


So, my question is: what online travel service do you use? I need to purchase tickets somewhere. My next stop is to contact the airline directly to see what I can do, but I'd still like other options as I plan to travel back and forth to the west coast several times a year. Any suggestions?
