How often should your resubmit free sites and galleries?

Thanks a lot cleo, what do you mean don't forget to add sponsor links to my hub? Like links to different categories or what?

Yeah, I mostly build free sites and galleries, i don't know what i shall do with my site i made cumnowgalleries.com into a avs site and babesoncams.com i made a new layout i need to get more traffic to them if you can help i'd appreciate it.
