new site reject...again...

I have been working on a new site and im having trouble getting it listed...

greenguy keeps telling me to fuck off

it is hosted by AWS, adult webmaster school. never had a prob with them. the hosting plan (year) was included with the class tuition. no banner adds or any of that bullshit,
