Does DMCA has a subsection that requires the identification of user infringers?

My memory is getting fucked, I think I got the halfs-heimers.

I thought I remembered some discussion of a subsection of the DMCA that allowed someone to require the infringing aggregator to reveal info about the user submitting stolen content under the user-generated content exemption.

Is that correct, is there such a subsection, or have I mixed up two different things in my failing memory?
