man, you get what you pay for when it comes to hosts...
but 500 a month for that low amount of surfers is robbery! i use m3server.com and that's like a an under 50 bucks a month plan with tons to spare.. one thing to check on is to make sure you arn't getting your members area hotlinked to death and back..especially if its movies they are stealing from you...that could be your missing problem there...so check on that, and get a real host...one that will move you to them for free, set you up, and take care of you..and at a reasonable rate...
