Finished my required ongoing education courses. Final course was on indoor air quality. This year there was a lot of material on smoking. There are 4000 harmful chemicals in cigarette smoke with 43 known carcinogens.

Still dealing the last lingering effects of whatever the fuck it was that the two of us caught but found out yesterday that the student that was sick and sneezed all over Christy a few days before we got sick is now in the hospital with pneumonia. Kids are just nasty, dirty festering biological bags of germs.

I think I'm well enough to return to the gym today and then a bunch of us are going for a urban night paddle from the park up the street.
