5/22/2021 - Missed weigh in so had to run 50 laps 5/29/2021 232.4 lbs 6/05/2021 231.4 lbs 6/12/2021 231.2 lbs 6.8lbs 2.85% of body weight  Rough week  Laid up for the past 3 days from messing up my back, so no exercise for 3 days straight.. |
