Wednesday 2024-04-03 aka Do The Hump
Morning!
 The Sleep Doctor told me I sleep too much - no shit! I'm in bed 12 hours a day. My major problem is that I wake up every 1-2 hours  It's rare for me to sleep more than 3 hours in a row. She wants me to go to sleep, not look at the clock and not get out of bed until the alarm goes off SIX hours later  Needless to say, that didn't work to well last night...My stomach is still going off My workload is  |
