Actually, it's in the eye of our legal system here. I don't want to come up on the wrong side of it... even though the Sweet's won their case against the courts, it still set them back a ways and really makes me uninterested in being part of it.
As for your sites in particular, "Hottest nude sluts tied up, drenched in water and nearly drowned in 36 videos." The "nearly drowned" part stopped me. Snuff or near snuff ain't anything I would even bother to look at. I am not 100% clear on the legality of it in my jurisdiction, and when in doubt, I say no.
I also found in general that your sites have too much content (this site had 36 * 21 seconds = over 12 minutes of video). Typically I am looking for about 200 seconds, 20 clips of 10 or 10 clips of 20. For someone into these fantasies, you have provided more than enough material to spank, get off, come back the next day and spank some more.
