Andy,
If you are going to rank on traffic in and out.. then AutoRank is the only script I would recommend, despite what you said. Is there a reason you dont like it? Submitting a linklist to other linklists is just like submitting a site.. you need to follow the rules.. except "sites" in your categories are your content.
