It depends on the script the tgp or LL uses. If it cuts off at midnight you can submit anytime and get listed. If it's once in a 24 hour period then the sooner the better if they update as they review.
Most list what they need first so it really depends on what you submit more than when. I know that not much of an answer but that's how it is. |
