I have a friend in Chicago who's wife works at Field's. They have to talk slowly and repeat themselves often for me whenever I visit. My poorly developed west coast brain just can't translate fast enough  One term my friend uses quite often is "scoops" as in: She's godda pair of scoops that no bra can tame! Not sure if it's true chicagoan but it sure makes me laugh everytime he says it!
