Crash, bang, boom, my trees are falling

Lots of places for sale in my neighborhood, bring lots of money.

I paid 98K for my house when I bought it back in the eighties. It is now worth over 500K which is fucking insane.

The bears, two legged fudge packing kind not the wild kind, who bought the house next door did what many people do in my neighborhood. They knocked down everything but one wall so that it is considered a remodel and not new construction and built a small two story mansion.

This is the sub tropics so lots of fun things like hurricanes, mildew from hell and West Nile disease, but it is paradise for most of the year, summer does suck.
