I agree with Kezza. To add a couple notes:
You should move your title to the top of the warning page. That big square graphic is taking up a lot of real estate on all your pages for something that isn't linked to anything. It pulls attention away from your ads/pics and doesn't give you anything in return. The site needs to be cleaned up a bit, but it's not bad for an early attempt. Keep at it, and try going to some of the link lists that you want to list you and looking at a bunch of other sites to get a feel for what's out there.
