One of the rules at some places that I don't understand is only allowing the sponsor's domain name on mouseovers. Why not allow a few keywords to be thrown in there? It would help with some of the SE's which would get more traffic for the owner and submitter.

because what you end up with is a mouseover on every pic that says

free pic 1
free pic 2
etc
or a bunch of other dirty tricks


do you know how many things you can do with mouseovers
its endless

rules have to be clear
there cant be rules for jimmy and sally and then another set for everyone else

what happens when webmaster X wants to know why he wasnt listed and there is no real reason just a maybe it was this or maybe it was that

submiting eats up a lot of time
and because it does there has to be a concreate set of rules in place

this way a person knows if they can stay within these rules they should get listed

fair and square for everyone
