Many people in my family have ulcers and I don't think its anything major as long as you take care of it. There are so many different ways people deal with their ulcers. Sometimes stress causes them to flare up, othertimes its food. According to stuff i know its a bacteria and ulcers can sometimes be caused from long term use of Ibuprofen and stuff.

I know my uncle drinks a glass of milk when his causes him problems. Just watch your diet, and do what the dietician and gastro guys tell ya and you should be all set.
