RussianSubmitter problems

In defense of RussianSubmitter, I can say that dbadmin has recently been most helpful.

1) Several TGP cheaters has now been weeded out.

2) As far as I know, they have not yet changed or even commited to changing their gallery generating script, per my suggestion, so it fixed the "missing" recip some gallery scripts report. But I hope this will be fixed, when I am able to show them (RS) a specific example.

3) At least now I have their attention, and am getting replies to my emails and ICQ messages.
