Guaranteed TOP 10 ranking in Google

I just got a (spam) mail from a Dutch company which is called top10ranking ( http://www.top10ranking.nl/ ) .

They guarantee that on some searchterms they can put you in the top 10 ranking of Google. Some words like 'sex' are not possible (there are just too many searches on this word according to them).
For example a searchterm like 'free hardcore' costs about 300 Euro per year to get it in the top 10 of Google.nl (the Dutch Google version). Getting it in Google.com in the first 10 results costs more but I didn't request for this yet so the exact price I don't know.

I called them to ask how they are working, but no real answers were given (everything they do is legal they say, but it is kept a secret for us). They are telling me that I don't need to change anything to my sitecontent, title or metatags.

I think this is not possible. Google works with pageranks that are based on the number and the weight of the sites linking to a specific site. Besides this Google is looking at the words on the page itself (wether these words are marked bold and so on), the title the keywords etc.

So, how do they work, what do they do ?
They work with a no cure no pay deal.

Any ideas ?
