All TGPs and links lists already perform this service by listing sponsors' FHGs and HFSs. Yes, we do this because we get paid for sales produced, but we are the ones funneling the traffic to them. Traffic costs money.

Why would sponsors allow you to hotlink videos and images without a clickable link to their sites? You mentioned that the surfer would have to type in the url. Why not put up the proper links associated the content?

About the yahoo email address. Most of us won't accept submissions from folks with free email addresses. They tend to be cheaters. Most sponsors won't allow an affiliate to sign-up with their program with free email addresses because they tend to be surfers just looking for free access to more porn. A 'real' email addy adds legitimacy and accountability to the person. So, if you want to be taken seriously, act like your serious.
