Well, I use instant messenger (usually ICQ) for most of my business. I will pick up the phone on imporant issues (mostly with my board rep position and my personal site)
E-mail is fine, but its not instantanious enough for me :-) Usually, when I have a question that can wait, i'll e-mail it. Otherwise, I like ICQ, and if I dont get an answer there, i'll e-mail it.
