Mornin'..

Got infected with virus yesterday so spent last night til the wee hours disinfecting my poor 'puter.

Was the "coolwebsearch/HSV" trojan loader thingy. I was surfing on some movie posts looking for a movie site I'd seen with a nice design. Wham.. virus clusterfuck..alt-f4'd everything ASAP, but it had grabbed ahold very quickly via Java and/or ActiveX.

Luckily I also have firefox so I was able to search out information without reloading trojans each time Explorer tried to load itself.

So I lost a half day of my life, but the dragon lies slain upon the battlefield
