Iran Will Know How to Build Bomb in 6 Months

What I want to know is, who the hell are we (the US) to tell anyone what type of weapon any other country can build to protect themselves. I mean, the US is the only country to use these weapons. If anyone should not have these Weapons of Mass Destruction, shouldn't it be the people that have shown the willingness to use them?
