Oldbie asking for 2nd review

Okay, guys (and ladies!), I think I am ready for a 2nd review request on 2 of my sites I have cleaned up.

Am I getting closer? I think I have all the mouseovers pulled out. There is no java anywhere or counters. Except for the index.html page, nothing has more than 3 outbound links. I do have these pages opening onto HTML but have no ads at all - just navigation links.

I do have a version of each site without the pics on HTML pages, and have been trying to be very respectful of each link list when I submit. What am I doing wrong here? Do I just need to dump the navigation links?
