I'm hooked on the little packets of instant oatmeal - I can't even eat the regular stuff.
I'm odd - when I was a kid I was too lazy to heat up water for the oatmeal, so I just run the tap until it get hot & use that as my "boiling water" for my oatmeal. The throw on a little skim milk (1/3rd of a cup) & maybe a little Splenda & BINGO! Breakfast is ready  Of course, I've forgot to mention that I eat 3 packets at once - 330 calories & very filling  |
