Honestly guys, the title of the thread created this poor tone. It does appear to imply that those of us who don't send rejection notices are dishonest, by making the sending of rejections synonymous with honesty. It's the very argumenative nature of this thread that is the reason many of us don't want to deal with angry rejected webmasters. I'm a small timer with no where near enough submissions to my list. I have plenty of time to review. I just don't have to time to argue about it.
