What do you think about submitters that...

I've got quite a few of these domains, and they are all with the knowledge of the "trade mark" owner. I also link directly from them, so the domain will appear in their stats. Most of them seem to be relieved that it's in friendly hands and they don't have to maintain it.

My policy is to think how I would react if someone did it to me, and make sure that the site won't give offence. It does sound as if I shouldn't be submitting galleries or free sites from these domains however.
