Your 2257 should be linked to a separate 2257 page.

That is kind of a grey area, I never link my 2257 statement to a seperate page, and don't seem to have many problems getting listed because of it.

That being said, if your sponsor content provider has a 2257 page for their content, I don't think it would hurt to link to it.
