First steps in WordPress RSS Feeds

Your rss feed for wordpress should be entirely automatated. IT should also be linked on your blog from the main page depending on the template you use. Looking at your blog atm, looks like yours is here:
http://www.gonzo-blog.com/feed/

its a good idea to add this to your 'meta' section on your template using the orange xml icon that people recognize as being the link to a feed. you can see an example of this on most blogs including mine.

While you're there, you should look up how to add an "add me to yahoo news" and "add me to msn" buttons as well as many, many others that people use... newsgator, etc.

Every time you find one of these it makes it one step easier for someone to syndicate your blog for themselves.
