Ok, I'm approved for Visa through CCBill
 Do they allow you to customize the index.htm page that they send you? This is the page I mean: http://www.shoekittens.com/ccbill/index.htm I'm in the process of asking them through their support ticket system, but I was hoping I could get a faster answer here. Thanks, Bill
