Worldsex and Hun on the same Day... my server will melt

They are both movie galleries and I do have other traffic that blasts in from yahoo and other TGP/MGPs (which actually does 5-6 Mbps without help from the two biggies). A+B and I'm in a shitter. The damned server ain't fast enough to handle all that and I have no idea what to do about it.
I just talked to the hosting guys and other than a 100mbit upgrade, they have nothing to propose (which is just way too expensive).
If anyone has any ideas on how to improve server speed, do let me know.
