I don't submit to your linklist but I have in the past and I have admired its vast number of categories. Anyways, I suppose i'll throw in my two beans..

I agree with what cfnmparty said, except i'd send them a notice stating that their site was accepted but relocated to another category incase they monitor their listings.

As long as the site is some what relevant [note the ridiculous example that cfnmparty mentioned above.] it'll surely help your search engine rankings. It also allows you to have an X -> Y -> Z type trade which some people say could be better than the normal reciprocal relation of X < - > Y. Either way it'll at least create some randomness in the linking patterns.
