I think that Godaddy may have just made a VERY expensive mistake. Does Acacia have a judgement against you? Did they present proof of a DMCA violation and proof that it was unanswered by you, your ISP, and others first?

Acacia may also have put themselves in line for a nice little lawsuit on this one as well, attempting to impede your business before judgement.
