Best to do it on your own if you want to pick up on the skills....plus if you have the time to do it as well, wanting to make it a high ranking one....
The other option is to get another person to do it...but only do that if you think that is best. Aside from the link directory, I also have a toplist myself....and I also run a mainstream web design business, so if later you need anything, let me know. Even if its just to ask questions  |
