Terror in London???

I personally think the only reason we appear calm after todays incidents is because we have learned. We have seen the devastation of Sept 11. We watched as Madrid was attacked. We have had so long to prepare and "get used" to the fact that this was going to happen.
My hat goes off to all the emergency services, both here in the UK and those brave firefighters, police and ambulance crews in NY. We were prepared. The US attack was unexpected and the shear magnitude of the Twin Towers would have had any city in chaos. We have learnt at the expense of others.
