You might have some issues with most LL's and Directories with the screen-cap's of images. IF this is what the sponsor provides for webmasters to use, I personally would not use that sponsor. The idea is to provide good quality content and even more nowadays. Although I know these are from webcams, which generally are not high quality when it comes to taking snapshots, I think most will realize that this is usually the norm for pic quality. For LL's and directories that have a webcam category, they will probably accept it for this niche only -- but for other niche sites, they won't.
At my link directory, I probably would accept it for the webcam category, but not for any other niche outside the "webcam" one....
I find that webcam niche isn't as popular as others when a webmaster creates free gallery sites or galleries....guess it depends on the webcam sponsor. The one you are using to me is not a top quality one and I personally would not use them if it was me. But that is my own opinion of course
