Epassporte anyone ever have this problem?

Ok two months ago I signed up with them. When I tried to connect the epass account to my bank account. The small deposit they sent, nevr showed up. After 3 helpdesk calls. I was told I should receive an email (in my epass acct) stating that this was fixed. They were to remove the verify my account section so I could start this process over again. Well never got an email and had to close the account and open a new one. Now I'm having the same issue again with connecting my epass to my bank acct and have been told the same thing. Wait 24 to 48 hours for our techs to fix this and you should get a email. Anyone else has this issue?
At this point I cant do anything with this company. All i can do is send money to another person with an epassport acct. If you had issues like this did you get them fixed. If so how?
