I saw some of you have problems getting an ePassporte card...

Here come the good news... people posted the same on another board and Rand replied, let me quote him:

"You can get an account without a credit card. You can send indentication to eP and they can issue you an account that way. To find out what qualifies as ID, write to accountverification@ePassporte.com. You can CC me if you like and I will follow up.

Anyone who wants a card should be able to have one."
