Need advice on keywords

Ok well Im starting a new site, and its in php. Not sure if I understood this correctly that PHP is not so great for SEO. Anyway first page is html and was wondering when you guys have time if you could look over my index and tell me if things look ok as far as the keywords go and the words on the page. Rememer I'm still new at this and any advice would be great. If this is going to be the most looked over page by SE then I would like to make it as best as I can. thanks jugg.
PS the site is not finished yet I have programmer making a couple of changes lol poor guy has had to make like 100 of them already lol.
