I found this funny as hell, a religious leader, a member of the Council of 12 Apostles (whatever the fuck that is) is surfing porn blogs and leaving a program to help people stop masturbating. It's a pretty lengthy comment with something like 10 steps in his guide to self control and over 20 in suggestions.

Step 1) Never touch the intimate parts of your body except during normal toilet processes.
