Suggestions for my Anal Blog?

Aside from update more frequently (which is on my to do list), does anyone have more suggestions, perchance, for my blog? I switched to a new theme a while ago, dicked around with it a little, but haven't put a lot of effort into getting up to snuff. It's getting 200-400 uniques a day, with about 2/3 of that Search engine. I'm at a loss for what to do with the left column, but I do want to shake things up some. Any suggestions welcome.
