YES and YES!
I have promoted to women pretty much from the very start of my adult adventures and if the site you are promoting has what they want, they will not only join but stay.
Currently there is only one paysite I would promote to women and that is "For the Girls" by Purple Dollars. I have consistently made sales with them and best of all, they rebill like crazy (I have some members that have rebilled over 6 months)

Do a search on the board on the topic and you'll find quite a few posts supporting them.
