On another note, I lost my password to ing. When I clicked on lost password, it asked for my account number, my ssn, my security answer and they allowed me to change my password online without email. It was basically the same with paypal.

My best suggestion to epassporte is to take the outragious load fees and put just a little towards customer service. How many customer service problems do they have to hear about before they finally do something?
